英国推出两年制本科，是圈钱噱头还是货真价实？

不久前，BBC News出现一则新闻：

Universities in England will be able to charge more than £14,000 per year for a fast-track two year degree, under plans from the government.

政府规划：英国大学可在2年制本科学位项目每年多收取 £14,000 学费。

那么问题来了：

2年制本科的推出是不是英国产业化教育的圈钱手段呢？

对此，

英国大学部长（Universities Minister）Jo Johnson是这样说的：

“such flexibility would make courses more attractive for mature students and disadvantaged youngsters who might be put off by a full three year degree.”

（disadvantaged youth：泛指在实现教育和社会地位等方面机会更少的青年群体。）

原来政府推出此项快速课程是专门针对以下2类少数群体：

① mature students ： 已经工作多年，想来圆年少时未竟的大学梦，掌握些技能和知识，但又不想浪费过多时间的人们；

② disadvantaged youngsters： 家中经济环境不足以负担3年大学开销的青年，或者由于各种原因社会地位等方面处于弱势的青年。

同时回应：

"It's not fewer credits, or lower quality of provision,it's the same standard, the same quality, but in a compressed period of time and that involves an increase in resources, which needs to be recognised in the fee structure,"

★ 还是原来的配方，还是熟悉的味道：

2年制本科并不代表教学质量的下降，只是在压缩的时间里投入更多教育资源；

★ 一石二鸟：

学生可以通过2年本科学习的快速通道，拿到本科学位，省去1年生活费负担，提前1年进入工作岗位。同时学校为“2年快速通道”正常收取3年学费。
